Set of antique keys framed - Antique

We framed this set of very old keys for our customer; one of which was the original key to the front door of a house in Switzerland.

We choose a good quality, simple, black frame so the colour and texture were sympathetic to the keys.

The keys were mounted using only stitches to give this floating effect.

A deep good quality mount with just a mm or so of contrasting colour was used, along with a bespoke spacer to give depth to the picture frame and space for the keys.
