Framed Watercolour of Bridge in Castleton

This charming watercolour of a bridge in the beautiful Peak District village of Castleton was brought to us in 2023 to reframe as our customer felt the frame it was in didn't quite do justice to the artwork.

We looked at various alternatives until we came up with this design - much more sympathetic to the style and age of the picture - as well as the colours in it - than the previous mount and frame.

A a cream top mount over the top of a pale grey mount with a matching picture frame moulding together with anti-reflective glass which not only offers unparalleled clarity but also contains 70% UV filter to prevent the watercolour from fading over time.
