French poster framed

This vintage style French poster was brought into us to be framed by our GCF Framers.

It is a reproduction of an original Parisian poster advertising the popular Moulin de la Galette for entertainment and dancing.

We chose a moulding from our Sofia Collection which has very French-looking antique style, making it a perfect accompaniment for the artwork.

Separating the artwork from the frame, and adding definition, is a mount in Minuet (an off-white colour) over a 5mm reveal of a black mount with a blackcore.

There are endless possibilities for framing posters, and it's important to get the display exactly right. You need time to decide which is why we never rush our customers in to a decision, and are more than happy to recommend they take some photographs of the different options we suggest so they can go away and think about it for a while, talk to loved ones, and come back when they feel ready.
