Framed Oil Painting of Elephant

Our customer travelled from Lincoln to Chesterfield to bring us this stunning oil on canvas.

As it was almost life-sized, we first needed to stretch it around some very strong stretcher bars.

We then suggested to the customer combining two mouldings along with an inner mount slip - all in muted shades of white and silver - in order to create a display which would do the painting justice, without overpowering it.

The result is a frame which helps draw the viewer’s attention to the artwork, without distracting from the picture itself.
