Exceptional dog pastel portrait picture

Our customer wanted this exceptional Collie dog pastel portrait picture re-framing.

It had previously been displayed in a very basic frame so the customer wanted to upgrade not only the frame style, but also the level of protection for this piece of artwork.

We used a simple off white mount combined with the bronze frame ref: 277501773 to compliment the colours depicted in the dog's fur.

With pastel drawing frames, there is always a chance that some of the loose pastel could fall off and mark the mount, so we made a bespoke pastel tray beneath to catch any colour and keep the frame clean.Our framers have years of experience with framing artwork, so please get in touch if you have something similar.
