Framed Looney Tunes Film Cell
Two fun animation film cells: one of Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote; the other of Yosemite Sam - yet more examples of the wonderful array of artwork our customers bring into us here at Brampton Picture Framing.
The first cell (Road Runner and Wile E. Coyote) came in two parts: one sheet of cellophane with the characters on; and a second sheet of cellophane depicting the cliff against a mustard background.
Therefore, for the second cell (Yosemite Sam) which only came in one part i.e. without a mustard background, we managed to find a yellow mountboard that was a great colour match for the first film cell, and tied the two together perfectly.
Small transparent spacers separate the sheets of cellophane from their glass (anti-reflective with UV filters) to prevent them from sticking together over time.
Together with a colourful moulding from Larson Juhl's Moda collection (now replaced by the Confetti collection in keeping with the style of the cartoons, these film cells now make an excellent display.
