Framed Aboriginal Drawing

This vibrant piece of artwork was brought to us for framing by a customer who had bought it whilst travelling around Australia.

Using Conservation hinging tape, our Framers fixed the artwork underneath a window mount cut from a 3.5mm thick Snow White museum-grade mountboard. We sell various grades and thicknesses of mountboard, and are happy to advise which one would be most appropriate for your artwork.

The customer chose a white lacquered moulding with a bevel style profile, which - together with the white mount - works really well with the traditional dot painting technique used in this artwork.

As members of the Fine Art Trade Guild, we frame to their standards, one of which is to ensure that everything is reversible, meaning that our customer would be able to remove his drawing undamaged from its frame at any point in the future, should he wish to.

Anti-reflective glass is the perfect finishing touch for this display as it contains 70% UV filter and reduces reflections to less than 1%.
